    Scheduled downtime 5-6 September

    Update 6 September 05:48 CET/04:48 BST:

The planned system upgrade has been completed earlier than announced and e-conomic is now available again.

Due to a back-end system upgrade with e-conomic’s hosting provider, the e-conomic application as well as the website will be unavailable from:
18.00/6 pm CET on 5 September until
06.00/6 am CET on 6 September.

We will keep you informed here on the TechTalk blog when the upgrade procedure has been carried out and e-conomic is available again.

We apologise for any inconvenience related to this downtime.

Det var dog pokkers, nu havde jeg lige sat mig for at bogføre en forsinket 2. kvartal. :(

      Hi Nikolaj,

I’ll answer you in English as we have readers from many countries on this blog. If you prefer, you have the option of the Danish blog here also: http://blog.e-conomic.dk.

Yes, it is unfortunate you cannot get your work done. I hope you will be able to postpone your bookkeeping until tomorrow morning.

As you can imagine, the system upgrade is a necessary step for our hosting company, to keep giving us a high level of operational reliability. I know, that is not helping you right now…

We did try to notify everyone by service e-mail, messages in e-conomic, signs on the websites and blog posts, but we clearly failed to reach you in this case.

      Hi Tue,
No problem, its definitely me who haven’t been aware, I did get your email! I hope you get over the update just fine!
