Update 05 November 4:30 pm CET
Today, Monday 5 November, the e-conomic application has been running at regular speed.
During the day today, we have focused on optimizing the functions which have been running slowly, and we will implement these changes to the system tonight.
You may or may not notice this, but we will be running two minor stress tests tonight at 7 pm CET and again at 9 pm CET. During these two tests, some users may experience that e-conomic is running slowly.
Later on this evening, from 11 pm – 1 am CET, we will be running a series of more powerful stress tests. This means that in this time frame, you may experience shorter periods of slow response times (up to 10 minutes).
Thank you for your understanding and your patience in our continuous efforts to restore the operational performance of the e-conomic application.
We will keep you updated of any major changes here on the blog.

Update 04 November 22:30 pm CET
From 04 November 23.00 pm CET to 05 November 05.00 am CET you might experience short periods with slow response times.
In this time frame, a series of tests will be carried out on the e-conomic application. A number of optimizations has been applied to the e-conomic application during the weekend and we need to test the impact.
If you should experince slow response times in this time frame, wait a few minutes, then carry on. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Update 02 November 3:30 pm CET
The e-conomic application has been running stably for the last 24-hours, also during peak hours today (9:30 am – 2:30 pm).
However, we are monitoring the system performance closely and will continue to do so over the weekend.
We will revert with more information shortly.
Thank you for your understanding.

01 November 11 am CET:
The e-conomic application is currently running slowly.
At the moment, certain functions in the e-conomic accounting system is putting a larger strain on the e-conomic database than usual, which means that the application is running at reduced speed. We are working hard to solve this issue as soon as possible.
This issue will primary affect users during peak hours, which are between 10 am and 2 pm CET today.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and will keep you updated here on the blog.
